THE TEAM

LOUIS MONJO, CLU - CEO & Group Benefits Advisor

Before entering the Financial industry, Louis was a key player in the growth of a major auto group. Louis structured and grew seven different departments to profitability. Hiring, managing, and training 50 employees were key to the success of the dealerships, including becoming the third highest in Canada for customer retention.  

Graduating from NADA in 2011 and with over 20 years experience in business management, Louis continues to utilize his extensive business knowledge to help other business owners and families. 

As a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), and GBA1, it is an ideal combination of training and expertise to help business owners grow their businesses through proper planning, structuring and plan implementation. 

Lou is committed to bringing the highest level of service possible to his clients. It is only through customer satisfaction and retention that a company can grow.
